Terms of Use

These terms outline responsibilities for schools, parents, and Weyaan while participating in a pilot. By using Weyaan, you confirm you are authorized by your school or PTO to coordinate carpools.

Service scope

• Weyaan provides coordination and communication tools only—we are not a transportation provider.
• All drivers must comply with school policies, insurance requirements, and applicable laws.
• Pilots may change or end at any time with notice to participating families.

User responsibilities

• Maintain accurate rider and driver information.
• Follow safety procedures, including pickup/drop-off checklists and driver rotation agreements.
• Report incidents promptly through the app or to your school contact.

Weyaan responsibilities

• Protect personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Provide reasonable uptime, support, and troubleshooting during the pilot.
• Communicate feature updates or policy changes that affect your community.
